ROLE: As a Sales Representative, Learning & Development Programs at Connected Approach, you will be responsible for introducing prospective clients to our unique offerings, including leadership workshops, executive coaching packages, and team development experiences. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them unlock their potential through our programs. You’ll be the first point of contact in growing the Connected Approach brand and ensuring our mission reaches the individuals and organizations who need it most.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and organizations
- Manage and update your sales pipeline through our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information
- Conduct engaging consultations to understand prospective clients’ needs and recommend the best Connected Approach programs for their goals
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture long-term relationships
- Present and educate prospects on the value of our leadership development programs with authenticity and expertise
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless transitions from initial contact to program participation
- Monitor and report on client feedback to help improve and refine Connected Approach offerings
- Stay informed about the latest developments in leadership development and emotional intelligence tools to maintain a position of thought leadership in conversations with prospects
RESULTS:
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline in the CRM system, Monday.com, ensuring all prospects are properly documented and moved through the pipeline stages daily
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
- Achieve a close rate of 60% or equivalent to 50+ program enrollments per month
- Provide detailed feedback to the CEO and senior team to continuously improve sales strategies and client outcomes
- Update internal communication tools daily to keep the broader team aligned
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so staff has proper expectations M-F by EOD
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in high-value consultative sales, preferably in learning and development, coaching, or professional services
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to conduct impactful presentations and build genuine rapport
- 4+ years of experience selling to corporate clients or decision-makers
- Self-driven and highly organized with a disciplined approach to managing pipelines and meeting deadlines
- Eager to learn and grow rapidly in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood
- Familiarity with emotional intelligence, leadership development, or social-emotional learning is a strong plus
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary of $60,000/ year with $120,000 - $150,000 on Target Earnings (uncapped commission)

LOCATION:
This is a hybrid role, requiring regular on-site presence and travel for key client engagements and team meetings.
